Executive Vice President of Regional Resource Development for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC)
Teresa Imm is Executive Vice President of Regional Resource Development for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), and has served the company for over 27 years as an in-house advisor on all matters related to oil, gas, coal, base-metal minerals and gravel exploration, development and management of ASRC’s nearly 5 million acres. In this role, she is responsible for balanced resource development strategies that reflect the traditional and cultural values of the corporation’s shareholders and their ties to the land. ASRC is the largest locally-owned and operated business in Alaska, with revenues in excess of $2.3 billion and more than 10,000 employees worldwide.
She is the current president of ASRC Exploration LLC, where she manages ASRC investments in exploration and production interests on various oil and gas properties, both onshore and offshore. Imm also serves as the president of ASRC Pipeline Company Inc. which holds an interest in the Alpine Pipeline. She acts as General Manager for Arctic Iñupiat Offshore LLC where she manages a consortium of North Slope Alaska Native Corporations and their investment in offshore oil and gas. Imm also provides policy support to Voice of the Arctic Iñupiat a 501(c) 4 non-profit comprised of the leadership of the North Slope region.
She also sits on the boards of the Institute of the North and the Resource Development Council-Alaska.
